The Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at Northwestern University invites applications for a tenure track faculty position at the assistant professor level.  Candidates should have a PhD in chemical engineering or a related discipline, demonstrated excellence in research, and a strong commitment to teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels.  Outstanding candidates in all research areas will be considered, though those with an emphasis on synthetic biology or energy/sustainability are particularly encouraged to apply.
